Immediate Care and Urgent Care are a walk-in clinics designed to provide quality care with extended hours, and no appointment necessary. On-site x-ray and lab testing is also available to provide fast diagnosis for those needs that fall somewhere between an emergency room visit and scheduling an appointment with your doctor.

Walk in with flu-like symptoms, a sprain or strain, a cut that needs stitches. See a provider, get treatment, and get back to your life - all at a more affordable cost than an ER visit. Minor Emergencies. Major Comfort.

DOT Physicals and Exams

Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital offers Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations by a licensed provider listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) National Registry at Susan B. Allen Urgent Care in El Dorado and SBA Immediate Care Clinic in Augusta. 

Examinations are for heavy equipment workers, including:
