Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Auxiliary
Since 1922, men and women of this community have joined together and volunteered their time and talents for the benefit of our Hospital as members of the Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. The purpose of the Auxiliary is to raise money for student health scholarships and equipment for the Hospital and to act as liaison between SBAMH staff and community at large, promoting “People you know...healthcare you trust.” The Auxiliary, with over 120 members, accomplishes this through public relations activities – creating understanding and goodwill for the hospital – and through our fundraising, which supports the Hospital’s healthcare programs and services.
Membership is open to any individual who has an interest in promoting the interests and welfare of the Hospital. Annual dues: Active $5; Associate $10; Lifetime $100. We invite you to join our Auxiliary. It meets the fourth Thursday of each month Jan-May & Sept-Nov at 9:30 a.m. in the Wiedemann Health Education Building.
The following Auxiliary committees and areas of service are available: Calling, Finance, Fundraising, Gift Shop, Historian/Scrapbook, Hospitality, In-Hospital Volunteers, Legislative, Membership, Programs, Publicity, Scholarships, Sewing Saints, Special Projects.
For information about the Auxiliary, call 316-321-8741.
