Cardiac Rehabilitation

A Stronger, Healthier Future

After a cardiac event, learning to rebuild cardiovascular strength is vital. The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Susan B. Allen offers outpatient prescribed exercise sessions and cardiac risk factor modification through education. The program is designed to limit the physiological and psychological effects of cardiac illness and to control cardiac symptoms.

This closely monitored phase is typically six to 12 weeks and is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
